Each athlete is unique. The programs are designed specifically to achieve your goals and fits in your personal commitments.
To begin designing your training program, I’ll analyze information gathered from your application. I’ll need information on your personal life, working hours, strength, weaknesses, training and racing goal, fitness background and more.
Take into consideration that all programs are 100% personal, so I’ll need 3-5 days in order to design such a detailed training plan.
